Lunch: somen with edamame and spinach, hummus with carrots

snack: chocolate. tea. more hummus. crackers.

dinner: "quesadilla" - fake cheese, tofu, corn, spinach, red pepper, cilantro, salsa

dessert: vegan coconut cake

lunch: noodles with edamame

snack: tea and chocolate

Dinner: whole wheat tortilla with hummus, red pepper, harissa, mint, brussels sprouts

dessert: ginger candy, mango. cocktail

Breakfast: toast with pesto, fake cheese, and tempeh bacon. coffee with coconut milk.

Snack: apple with PB

Lunch: semi-ottolenghi soba noodles with lemon/ginger/sesame/tamarind sauce and edamame. spinach/carrots with peanut sauce

Snack: dark choco. 1/3 of field roast sausage. other half of apple with more PB

Dinner: whole wheat tortilla wrap with smoked paprika hummus, harissa, roasted brussels sprouts, red pepper slices, and mint.

Dessert: 4 fake oreos

Breakfast: toast with pesto and fake cheese (flour and earth balance, mustard and nutr. yeast), and tempeh bacon. coffee with coconut milk.

Snack: banana with PB

Lunch: quinoa with tomatoes, spinach and edamame

Snack: 1/3 dark chocolate bar.

Snack: most of a field roast italian sausage, more quinoa

Dinner: singaporean carrot cake (with carrots even!) and cilantro.

Dessert: more chocolate.

dinner: "quesadilla" on a sprouted grain tortilla with refried beans, tomatoes, corn, peppers, spinach, nutritional yeast, and salsa. glass o red wine.

Saturday

Breakfast: silken tofu scramble with shallots, tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and nutritional yeast. coffee with cashew milk, and coffee with coconut milk


lunch, etc: white bean dip with carrots, apple with PB, tofurkey veggie sausage, coconut milk, coconut meat at diana's wedding

dinner: hummus and pita; ottolenghi pasta salad with capers, edamame, lemon zest, zucchini; field roast sausage, asparagus, arugula salad

dessert: rum cake, grammy dessert, north hill bakery chocolate cake, black bottom cupcake cake.


Sunday

Breakfast: coffee with half and half, veggie sausage, scrambled eggs, more grammy's dessert.

Lunch: leftover ottolenghi pasta salad

Lunch: leftover soba noodles, some bean dip with carrots

Dessert: remaining half of chocolove chocolate bar

Snack: some bean dip with carrots. the rest of the morning's PB.

Dinner: soba noodles to the end (with some extra spinach), snap pea salad with sesame oil and sesame seeds

Dessert: handful of TJ's joe joe's with banana. a few bites of (not vegan!) rum cake

Vegan March - Day 11

Breakfast: toast with refried beans, tomatoes, avocado, nutritional yeast and cilantro. coffee with steamed cashew milk.

Snack: apple with PB

Lunch: a little leftover curry; soba noodles with roasted cauliflower, tempeh bits, cilantro ginger sauce, and chinese greens

dessert: chocolove dark chocolate with almonds. I could eat the whole bar without blinking.

Dinner: black bean burger (hold the mayo!), sweet potato fries. vegan chocolate chip mint ice cream.

snack: another granny smith with PB, pepitas

Dinner: buckwheat noodles with greens, edamame, shitakes, stewed daikon, and sesame seeds.

dinner: Japanese Simmered Daikon with Bok Choy and Edamame

dessert: vegan coconut lemon cake c/o patricia!

Vegan March - Day 4

Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with cashew dregs, soymilk, cinnamon, and blueberries. coffee with cashew milk.

Snack: granny smith apple with PB.

I've also been following up my apple & PB with this weird tea.

Lunch: ww pasta with roasted broccoli, garlic and red pepper flakes.

Dessert: chocolate with candied ginger

Snack: muhammara with snap peas.

Dinnerhere- Spicy string beans-vegan (sautéed with fresh garlic and onions) and Roti skin-(dahlpuri). wicked good. Anjuli was not there, but our waiter approved of my choices. (and it was vegan!)

Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal with cashews, blueberries, maple syrup, and soy milk. coffee with cashew milk.

Snack: granny smith apple with PB (surprise!)

Lunch: sprouted grain tortilla with refried beans, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, pepitas, and nutritional yeast

Dessert: some ginger chocolate bar

Snack: earl grey tea with soymilk (this was highly disappointing)

Dinner:  ratatouille crepe at La Cote creperie (small break in V-month re: eggs in crepe, but stuffing was vegan!), two glasses o red wine

Dessert: special vickster birthday dessert: chocolate peppermint torte (all eggs and cream and totally worth it)
