CSA, Garden menu

Breakfast: Miso soup with CSA bok choy

Breakfast snack: raspberry smoothie with berries from grandpa bob

the rest of the day: lentil dip with CSA collards, salad with CSA lettuce and peas from bob's pea closet, and spanikopita with garden kale et al.

addendum, to get the ball rolling. other ventures have included:
  • lettuce quiche
  • beets and beet green salad. capers, feta, candied walnuts.
  • kale spread (like pesto, blanched and blended with pine nuts)
  • pasta with broccoli raab
  • eggs florentine, subbing raab for spinach

the bomb kale and miso salad:

1 head dinosaur kale, shredded
1-2 carrots, grated
2 tbsp white miso
1 clove garlic, minced
1 clump fresh ginger, minced
1-2 tbsp sesame oil
1-2 tbsp rice vinegar

eat plain or underneath a runny-yoked fried egg. shazam.
