fried oatmeal fritter


formed into a patty, rolled in brown sugar and pan fried. heavy cream on the side.

Hes, if we're frying oatmeal now (and let's assume that's YES) is it still healthy and useful as an everyday breakfast? Or do we have to take it's badge of honor away as a healthy everyday breakfast food? (not to mention the brown sugar crust you gave it and the heavy cream. GOD that looks good)
