Vegan March - Day 10

Breakfast: toast with refried beans, avocado, tomatoes. coffee with soy milk

Snack: old-ish apple with PB

Lunch: thai curry leftovers

Dessert: dark chocolate! (full disclosure: has a little bit of milkfat)

Snack: slice of bread with paw paw jam, some pepitas

Dinner: vietnamese sandwich. earl grey tea with cashew milk. glass o red wine.
