Vegan March - day 18

Breakfast: Mung bean porridge with coconut milk and mango; coffee with cashew milk

Snack: apple with PB

Lunch: lentils; quinoa with tomato, spinach and dill

Snack: tofu mousse with vegan oreos

Dinner: singaporean carrot cake w/out eggs, with carrots. miso with kombu, peas and reconstituted shitakes
