Vegan March - Day 8

Breakfast: chickpea pancakes with onion and cumin, topped with tomato; coffee with cashew milk

Snack: PB on a granny smith apple

Lunch: thai red curry with broccoli, peas, peppers, tofu, carrots and cilantro. brown rice.

dessert: coconut cake

snack: another granny smith with PB, pepitas

Dinner: buckwheat noodles with greens, edamame, shitakes, stewed daikon, and sesame seeds.
