Breakfast: toast with refried beans, tomatoes, avocado, nutritional yeast and cilantro. coffee with steamed cashew milk.
Snack: apple with PB
Lunch: a little leftover curry; soba noodles with roasted cauliflower, tempeh bits, cilantro ginger sauce, and chinese greens
dessert: chocolove dark chocolate with almonds. I could eat the whole bar without blinking.
Dinner: black bean burger (hold the mayo!), sweet potato fries. vegan chocolate chip mint ice cream.
