Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal with cashews, blueberries, maple syrup, and soy milk. coffee with cashew milk.
Snack: granny smith apple with PB (surprise!)
Lunch: sprouted grain tortilla with refried beans, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, pepitas, and nutritional yeast
Dessert: some ginger chocolate bar
Snack: earl grey tea with soymilk (this was highly disappointing)
Dinner: ratatouille crepe at La Cote creperie (small break in V-month re: eggs in crepe, but stuffing was vegan!), two glasses o red wine
Dessert: special vickster birthday dessert: chocolate peppermint torte (all eggs and cream and totally worth it)
