Vegan March - Day 13 & 14

Saturday

Breakfast: silken tofu scramble with shallots, tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and nutritional yeast. coffee with cashew milk, and coffee with coconut milk


lunch, etc: white bean dip with carrots, apple with PB, tofurkey veggie sausage, coconut milk, coconut meat at diana's wedding

dinner: hummus and pita; ottolenghi pasta salad with capers, edamame, lemon zest, zucchini; field roast sausage, asparagus, arugula salad

dessert: rum cake, grammy dessert, north hill bakery chocolate cake, black bottom cupcake cake.


Sunday

Breakfast: coffee with half and half, veggie sausage, scrambled eggs, more grammy's dessert.

Lunch: leftover ottolenghi pasta salad

Dinner: snap peas with sesame sauce
