Vegan March - Day 17

breakfast: mung bean porridge with cashew milk

snack: apple with PB

lunch: lentils, and quinoa with spinach/tomatoes/dill

snack: mighty-o donut

dinner: kao soi and prikking (sp?) green beans at jamjuree

dessert: vegan natural oreo ripoffs.
