Vegan March - Day 15

Breakfast: Mung bean porridge with coconut milk. coffee with almond milk

snack: pink lady apple with PB

lunch: lentil salad c/o mother, with pomegranate seeds, mint, and hazelnuts.

dessert: tofu mousse.

dinner: "quesadilla" on a sprouted grain tortilla with refried beans, tomatoes, corn, peppers, spinach, nutritional yeast, and salsa. glass o red wine.
