Vegan March - Day 5

Breakfast/snack: granny smith with PB.

lunch: sprouted grain tortilla with refried beans, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, nutritional yeast, pepitas.

dessert: dark chocolate

dinner: Japanese Simmered Daikon with Bok Choy and Edamame

dessert: vegan coconut lemon cake c/o patricia!
