Vegan March - Day 4

Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with cashew dregs, soymilk, cinnamon, and blueberries. coffee with cashew milk.

Snack: granny smith apple with PB.

I've also been following up my apple & PB with this weird tea.

Lunch: ww pasta with roasted broccoli, garlic and red pepper flakes.

Dessert: chocolate with candied ginger

Snack: muhammara with snap peas.

Dinnerhere- Spicy string beans-vegan (sautéed with fresh garlic and onions) and Roti skin-(dahlpuri). wicked good. Anjuli was not there, but our waiter approved of my choices. (and it was vegan!)
