Vegan March - Day 20

Breakfast/lunch: coffee with cashew milk. ful, minus the feta and eggs.

snack: dark chocolate bar

"lunch": smoothie with PB, banana and soymilk

dinner: spinach salad with avocado, tomatoes, and capers. ottolenghi pasta: saffron pasta with spiced butter. yum. wine.

dessert:  gin & soda. 10-20 newman O's
